One ache. Another.
Today all I did was tuck
that photo into a book.

AUTHOR'S NOTE:

I’m working on a new manuscript, Sex Dreams and Suicide Notes, that includes lotes of little “notes” tucked all through it–this is one.

BIO:

Terri Witek is the author of four poetry collections--the latest, Exit Island, features images by visual artist Cyriaco Lopes. Her work has appeared in APR, Poetry, The New Republic, and many other journals. She teaches at Stetson University in Deland, Florida.
