About

Cellpoems is a poetry journal distributed via text message.

We send new poems once a week via text message to as many people as we can. While our medium is brief, our goal is not to shrink attention spans or subject good writers and readers to the inanities of text message abbreviations. Rather, in the tradition of great, short poems, we hope to present work that has undergone the duress of revision and come out hard-boiled and striking.

Support Cellpoems

We operate Cellpoems on a shoestring, and we’re going to keep it that way. If you make a contribution to us, even the smallest support will go a long way in helping us to text thousands of people with great little poems.
